Privacy policy

This is a showcase site with no accounts and no sign-in. We collect only what you choose to send us. This page says what that is, where it is kept, and when it is deleted.

Who is responsible for your data

What we don't collect

• We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and no cookies for those purposes. The site's content security policy blocks any code from outside the site from running in its pages.
• You don't need to give your name, number or email to browse the site.
• The video player loads only when you press play.

Quote requests

• What you type in the form is put together in your browser and never reaches our servers.
• When you press send, your message opens in WhatsApp or your email app, and you send it from there. The conversation then follows the policy of the service you chose.
• We use what reaches us to reply, prepare your quote, and do the work if we agree. We share it with no one for any other purpose.

Product photos

• Before upload, your browser redraws the photo at a smaller size, which removes hidden data such as location, device model and capture date.
• We check every file before keeping it: it must be a complete image of the format it claims to be, and any file carrying code is refused.
• The photo is kept in private storage behind a long random link that is not listed anywhere and is not reachable by search engines.
• It is deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
• We use it only to prepare your quote and produce your ad if we agree, which may involve the AI tools we produce with. We never publish it or show it in our work without your permission.
• To prevent abuse we limit how many photos one connection can upload per hour. For that purpose alone we keep a code derived from the IP address, not the address itself, and delete it within two days.

Who processes data with us

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, streams the videos and stores product photos, and may process IP addresses to stop attacks. Some of its servers may be outside Saudi Arabia.
• WhatsApp or your email provider, if you choose to send through them.
• TikTok and Instagram are not loaded in our pages; we only link to them, so they learn of your visit only if you open the link.

Your rights

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law gives you the right to know what we keep about you, to access it, and to ask for it to be corrected or destroyed. Email us and we will reply as soon as we can, within 30 days at most.
